A Boardworks SUP has a central carrying handle and a coiled ankle leash so that you never become separated from your board. It has tie downs for bungees at both front and rear to allow placement of a balanced load of gear. It can be stripped down for racing, or it can be used for touring around the bay. It has an FCS2 touring fin, constructed for toolless installation. The Navigator uses bombshell construction to layer ABS/carbonate, Kevlar and fiberglass to create a tough, long lasting board. Stand Up SUP Leash

Each of these boards comes with a stand up SUP leash. Why? So that no matter how disoriented you might become in the water, you will always be connected to your board. Flotation devices notwithstanding, your best bet, if you are capsized for any reason, is to have your board where you can climb back upon it. The loose coils of the SUP leash keep it out of your way while you are paddling or moving around on your board, but keep you in connection with your board so that if you are swept out to sea, you will always have your flotation device.
